It's good for your cardiovascular health. No grimacing allowed LOL. :) There's no fishy odor or aftertaste.

Thank you Kay. I used to take fish oil regularly and stopped when I was cost-cutting. I should start again.

I've taken fish oil capsules before and you honestly don't taste anything. I'm sure they will be the same. :) Thank you Kay. :)

Thanks Kay! I don't mind taking fish oil at all. It makes your hair nice and shiny too in my experience.
