Here's some of my favorites...

  • ZenHabits - He can be a little extreme with money saving ideas, but clearly an expert.
  • The Dollar Stretcher They have been around forever.  A little cluttered, but great ideas when you can find them.
  • Dumb Little Man Not at all what it sounds like.  Cool blog.

Hi SavingLady, nice to meet you! I hope you share your tips around here sometime too. Thanks for the link. Maybe you could tell us what other frugal sites you think are worth a mention here?

The Dollar Stretcher is great as mentioned above. And some other sites I use for my reading addiction, recreation, & even gift giving are www.swaptree.com, www.paperbackswap.com, www.swapacd.com, & www.swapadvd.com.
I'm sure most of these are well known already, but they work great for me when I live in an area where I'm not able to get a library card but enjoy reading. I've even found some gifts for the holidays on some of these sites. Hey, if you sign up for an account at any of them, please keep my user name/nickname in mind as your referral..."leann-28" at all the above sites.

This site is really cool.
They cover topics on markets, current events, world issues, sports and other interesting topics.
The link below is one of there posts that was recently displayed in the WSJ "Wallet Section", reported by Mary Pilon.

Welcome to savingtools.com gus and thanks for the links! Would you be interested in doing a book review (200 words +) in exchange for a free book? I do that regularly and it's great! It doesn't cost you anything - all the mailing costs are covered by the site and all you need do is write the review and then either submit it to them online for posting on their site or post it on your own site/blog and send them a link to it. You get to keep the book too of course. If you have a good grasp of English and can write well, it's a nice sideline. I'm rural myself so it suits me fine. :)
