I've had some very tasty tomatoes in my time and would have held onto the seeds if I'd known seeds from store bought tomatoes will grow. This shows how to do it and it couldn't be easier.

Even I could manage to do that! I was one of them folks he talked about that thought seeds in storebought fruits were infertile or something. Now I'm wondering what else you could do that with. Thanks greenmachine! :)

I don't know if I'd have the patience. It would need to be a fantastically good tomato to persuade me to do that. Still, best to know these things! :)

I thought that harvesting seeds would be much more complicated than that. Ever since my attempt at growing a pineapple top failed, I've not tried anything like that again. Don't ask LOL. I'm not as green fingered as I thought I was.

My neighbor's told me she's planting tomatoes this year and not to bother with them because she'll be giving them away. That's even easier LOL. ;)
