Re: Happy Halloween!

Thank you! I think...LOL. We had a nice time with local children coming by for their candy. We were busier than usual because my neighbor had big inflatables in his yard this year, which drew all the kids to their door and ours. Happy Halloween to you too! :)

Re: Happy Halloween!

We had a very fun night with our motley crew! More of the family volunteered to help organize the party than I expected which made it all go well. Hope you all had fun and thanks again for all the ideas. :)

Re: Happy Halloween!

Ours was rained off mostly. A storm blew in about a half hour before we took the kiddies out and stayed. We cut our evening short because of that. We had fun, don't get me wrong. We just didn't get to take them around as many places as normal. Glad to hear the party was a success, cookiefan! :)

Re: Happy Halloween!

I'm happy to hear you all had a good Halloween! Mine was fairly tame because none of us felt well, so we just bundled ourselves up and sat with candy out on the porch for a while.  I didn't want to disappoint kids with a closed door.
Looking for ways to use up that pumpkin? Here's a slideshow of suggestions.

Re: Happy Halloween!

Yuck! I hate pumpkin except for pumpkin pie. My great aunt makes pumpkin soup. The catapulting idea appeals to me LOL. We had a good night too. :)
