If you're planning any redecorating or changes at home, you might want this Wondermat flooring sample. It looks very easy to put together as the tiles interlock like a jigsaw puzzle. I think it would be great for a kid's room.

I learned from experience that linoleum's much kinder to your feet than floor paint, Kay. A stone floor is FREEZING in winter without a layer between you and your tootsies. After our first winter of that the linoleum went down. It wasn't the expensive cushioned kind either, just plain vanilla stuff.
You can often pick up roll ends of linoleum too, Kay. I don't think I have ever bought any that was full price from a normal roll. When you're not that fussy about colors (and I'm not as most are neutral anyway) you can get a good bargain. I like the jigsaw stuff too though I don't want a sample.
I do that when I buy carpet for the bedrooms, cheapncheerful. I look at clearance bargains first and color second. Nobody sees the bedrooms and I've never had to buy anything hideous yet. If I don't see anything I like, I'll go back another day and keep doing that until I do.
Thanks for the help, guys. I'll see what this sample is like when it comes in because it's nice to have another option. Linoleum is the front runner at the moment, if I can find out how you attach it to a concrete floor. It will be closer to summertime before we think about doing that anyway.

I want to redo my sunroom floor next year and this would be a nice option. Because you go through the sunroom to come into the house, it gets dirty fast from people and dogs going in and out all day long. The carpet in there is well past its sell by date. We've wanted to rip it out since we bought this place.
Carpet's just not practical for in there and I was going to go for linoleum or floor paint. The concrete floor's not very even in places so wooden flooring is out which would have been my first choice. This stuff looks more flexible and I think it would be more forgiving of unevenness. Thank you, frazzledmom! :)
