 My aunt had terrible nerve pain because she got shingles. I wouldn't mind having this in my bathroom just in case. Thank you Kay!

 The only nerve related pain I've had is toothache. Would it be useful for relieving that too?

You couldn't use it for that, purplerain. It has to be applied topically and is not to be taken internally according to the Q & A page. It's not that kind of nerve pain. Yours was pain caused by an exposed nerve probably.
