 Nothing beats the smell of a pork butt wafting all over the yard. If I let mine eat it when they wanted to they would all have food poisoning! As soon as it starts getting that lovely roasted smell they want to dive in. :) Thank you Zoey. :)

 Thanks Zoey! I like to make my own rub and it never turns out the same twice. Because I never write down the proportions I use. It's always good though. :)

Unless it's the smell of roasted chicken and a pork butt. Heaven! :) It would be great if the weather would cool off and give us a break for Monday so we can enjoy being outside for a little while.

 We're sweating it out here too, bringmeroses. Hope you got a pleasant day and got to do that. I love a pork butt too. I couldn't have enjoyed it this weekend because I didn't have much of an appetite though. Thanks Zoey! :)

 I do them in the crockpot to make pulled pork when the weather's not cooperating but you can't beat a pork butt slow cooked on the grill. Thanks Zoey from me too. :)
