I'm 99% certain that it's gluten that causes issues, not dairy products.
That's right, greenmachine. It must be so hard to cook when you have these intolerances! I looked at gluten-free bread in the store out of curiosity one day and it was very expensive too.
I don't know if you can get any financial help with the food costs from your insurance. You would think they would be covered at least a little. You only buy gluten-free foods because of the condition. I hear they taste rotten.
