Ouch, Kay. I've done that too and it's very painful. It takes ages to feel any better too and all you can do is rest your back best you can. A hot bath does help a lot for a while. Thanks pennywise!
Hope you're all better now Kay. Those heating pads are a blessing when your back's sore. I've bought them before (not this brand so I'm looking forward to trying them) and didn't know these pads were so good! Thank you pennywise. :)
My back was sore this morning. I place the blame squarely on my dog because she lies on the bed at my feet and I can't move for her and get comfortable! Gone are the days when I could call my bed my own. Thanks pennywise! :)
The only time I get any space that I can stretch out in in my bed is when I'm sick. Seriously! I've got to be infectious before they keep themselves and the pets away from me so I can get over it and not pass it on LOL.

That comes with being a mom. You don't get to call your life, or your bed, your own. :)Thanks pennywise!
Thank you pennywise. That would be a real treat for my back. :)

Thanks pennywise! I hurt my back earlier this week. That would have been a great time to test this out. I only knelt down too and jerked it the wrong way twisting around. It was so sore for about four days.
