I enjoy tomato-based recipes very much so this is right up my alley. My ulcer doesn't like them as much... LOL.

My husband can't eat much with tomatoes in it either because of that too, Splash. It doesn't stop him doing it once in a blue moon and then he'll say to me "Why didn't you stop me?" !! LOL. Like he's five and I have to tell him not to eat it. Thanks frazzledmom! The kids and I can eat this even if he can't. :)

I think so too, pennywise. I love recipes that are easy and make me look as if I slaved over them. :D Thanks for pointing that one out!

 Thanks frazzledmom. :) I'm doing my best to avoid cooking altogether as much as possible while it's so hot.  Pasta recipes are good because they are so fast and tasty.
