My biggest problem is remembering to take it out to thaw the night before, not finding a way to cook it! LOL. Thanks Jewel!
I thaw mine in cold water when I forget, Zoey. That little trick has saved dinner numerous times. :) Thank you Jewel!
Lime-Marinated Chicken with Salsa. My mouth is watering just thinking about having that for dinner. Thanks Jewel. :)
My husband loves deep fried chicken. I would like to attempt the Oven-Fried Buttermilk Chicken and see if I can wean him off all that grease. Thank you Jewel! :)
Sweet and Spicy Stuffed Chicken sounds good. My freezer has lots of chicken too in it I could use some inspiration about. Thanks Jewel.
That chicken pot pie on the book cover looks very tasty. Thank you Jewel. :) I'd love to find a crust for chicken pot pie which didn't turn out soggy. Every other recipe I tried did.

Pillsbury site might help, Savannah.
Q: Why do I have to get the filling hot before I add the top crust?
A: Getting the filling hot before you top the pot pie will help to cook the pie crust from the inside out. It will cook more evenly, preventing a soggy pie crust or biscuit bottom. Your crust will have a perfectly golden top with a deliciously flaky texture. Getting your filling nice and piping hot also helps reduce the bake time.

Do what I do, Savannah. Buy a reasonably priced ready-made chicken and veg pie and bake it with a clear conscience. There's too much work that goes into making pot pies from scratch to risk them failing.

I'm all for going the quick and easy route every time, pennywise. I agree. Go with the foolproof way, Savannah! :)

Thank you Jewel. My chest freezer is stuffed full of chicken right now so this is excellent! :)
