I know, I know. It's a little late in the year to start thinking of this. Are there any or are they all extremely expensive?
I got a flyer in for a local church one and the activities sounded so good I wanted to go play myself LOL. Carly's right, those are both good sources of day camps. We all need a break from the kids once school's out every so often.

What we need is an adults camp that the parents can escape to for the day and do all the cool things. Now that would be a moneyspinner LOL. With childcare facilities included at the opposite end of the camp, naturally.

Jewel, you're a genius!! Where I lived you didn't have any kind of camps to entertain you. We made do with games like hide and seek. I feel I got shortchanged missing out on them.

Are you talking about summer camps for children? If so, you can look into an alternative, day camps.
These are usually offered through churches or recreation centers and last 1-2 weeks (you can sign up for as many as you want!) They are affordable and keep the kids busy throughout the day.
If you would be wealthy, think of saving as well as getting.
