My Castiva free sample came in yesterday. I tried it on my husband last night who has a bad back. He wasn't sure if it helped or not. He was expecting it to generate heat like Biofreeze does and it didn't. In fairness though he said his back wasn't as bad as it usually is so perhaps that wasn't a fair test. There's two sachets. I'll try the other one on a night when it is.

Kay, speaking of BioFreeze: is it good? I wanted to try that. A girl at work swears by it. She said it was expensive though. I don't mind paying more if it works. I don't want to waste my money either.

I tried my sample and had a different experience. I slept through the night for the first time in months that night thanks to it. I guess it suited me better than it did him. :)
